Vibrant Summertime Wedding Inspo at Ruby Oaks Event Venue
Nestled north of Orlando in the city of Pierson, the charming Ruby Oaks Event Venue was the perfect place to host our latest wedding ceremony and reception styled shoot that radiated with joy, color, and romantic whimsy for a vibrant summertime wedding inspo! Coordinator White Rabbit Events brought together a dream team of creatives to inspire couples who crave bold elegance and lasting beauty for their wedding day.
At the heart of this styled shoot was our Vibrant Summertime collection: a joyful burst of sunset-inspired pinks, corals, and golds paired with delicate, real-touch blooms designed to delight every sense. Let me show you the behind the scenes of this special day!
A Whimsical Ceremony Setting
Ruby Oaks’ signature wrought iron heart-shaped arch served as the focal point for the ceremony setup. I created a pair of custom floral swags from the Vibrant Summertime collection to display on the arch in this area. These vibrant clusters of real-touch blooms with poppies swaying in the breeze blended effortlessly with the venue’s lush garden backdrop, adding color and texture without overshadowing the natural beauty of the space.
To balance the space and complement the arch florals, I placed two coordinating floral urns along the aisle entrance. These statement pieces added a sense of grandeur while guiding the eye toward the altar space!
Floral Details That Last a Lifetime
The bride’s bouquet was a true showstopper! This luxurious arrangement, customized to be a bit larger than the collection’s standard luxe bouquet, was bursting with energy. The bouquet featured bold fuchsia roses, peach garden roses, golden dahlias, soft pink cosmos, and coral hydrangeas, which I tied with flowing silk ribbons for an effortlessly romantic finish.
The groom wore a coordinating custom boutonniere that tied the couple’s look together with polished elegance, proving that even the smallest floral accents can elevate a wedding day ensemble.
We didn’t stop at the ceremony space! I also created a custom Vibrant Summertime compote to serve as the centerpiece of the styled reception table. Featuring matching blooms from the Vibrant Summertime palette, it paired beautifully with the soft table linens, crystal-clear glassware, and elegant stationery details provided by Velvet Raptor.
